• Work with the Owner: When you work with me, you are working with the Owner of Home Central Realty. We are a Central Ohio based company with many agents and I am the answer man for all of them. I have the knowledge to get you the best deal and make sure your interests are protected. My service to clients sets the standard for our company, so your needs will always be met with me as your Realtor.
• Award-winning Experience: Prior to becoming a Realtor, I worked for eight years as the Sales and Marketing Director for several custom home builders. In 2001, I was the Building Industry Association (BIA) Marketing Director of the Year. This experience enables me to offer you more details about a new or existing home including the level of quality, workmanship, price comparisons of materials and much more. I'll show you where the builder cut corners and where they added quality. If you are buying a new "spec" home, I can show you how to get the best deal.

My Services to You

• Home Search: I will search for homes that match your style and budget and provide that information to you in a timely manner. To better serve my clients, I am a member of JustListed.com. Upon request I can set up the program so that you receive immediate notices when new homes enter the market, or if price changes occur on homes that meet your search criteria. For even more detailed searches, I can set up the Realtor MLS notification system for you which allows for more specific search criteria.
• Schedule Showings: I schedule showings around your schedule. Let me know when you want to see homes, and which ones you want to see and I make all the showing arrangements.
• Contract Negotiation: My goal is to offer the lowest fair price to the seller based on my research of the "comps" available for that location and type of home. I will show you my research and we will determine the offering price. I always ask for seller paid closing costs reducing your out of pocket expenses, all applicable warranties, and I include contingencies to protect your interest should you need to cancel the contract. I will advise you on financing options, inspections, the request for remedy negotiations, and all other phases of the contract negotiation process.
• With You Through Closing: I will be assisting you with all aspects of the purchase transaction and will attend the closing that finalizes the sale. I will answer all of your questions during the process and/or provide other professionals that can do so should the need arise. My goal is your complete satisfaction, and the hope that you will refer others to me who are planning to purchase a home.
